More than 150 000 labor contracts have been signed with “SIMA Imza” within the last week

As per the amendment to Labor Code made on August 12, 2024, all labor contracts and their amendments will only be considered valid if they are signed with an enhanced electronic signature. “SIMA Imza” digital signatures allow people to sign the electronic labor contracts in the easiest and most convenient way. No need to go to the office to sign the contract, citizens can do this anywhere and anytime after obtaining a digital signature online.

This is secure since the registration process involves comparing the photo from the user’s identification document with the biometric data. This biometric technology, combined with artificial intelligence, makes it impossible for anyone else to register for someone else.
